The DB electric locomotive 194 178 in Era IV. The class E94 locomotives built from 1940 onwards were nicknamed the ‘German Crocodile’ due to their green coloring: Only the 194 178 was painted in the new ocean blue/beige DB color scheme in 1974 and was nicknamed the ‘Blue Mauritius’. The PIKO model faithfully reproduces the striking paintwork and also features a robust design and numerous details.
